How can I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website by choosing the tour, date and number of guests. You can also reach us on WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability within 2 business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash, credit and debit cards. You can also pay in cash on the day of the tour after confirmation. Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP).
What is the maximum group size?
Group tours are limited to 15–30 people depending on the experience. We also offer private tours for groups of 4 or more.
Where is the meeting point?
It depends on the tour. In the Historic Center and Getsemaní we usually meet near Plaza de la Trinidad or Parque de Bolívar. Exact location is sent with your confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours a 50% fee applies. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Message us on WhatsApp to change your booking.
Can I bring children?
Absolutely! Many tours are family-friendly. Minimum age is listed on each experience. Children under 5 are often free. Ask us on WhatsApp for recommendations.
